Club 1872 is hosting a Christmas Fayre on Saturday 16th December in an effort to raise funds for the Rangers Charity Foundation (RCF), Club 1872 and a number of other worthwhile causes.
The event is scheduled to run between 1200hrs and 1430hrs at Ibrox Primary on Edmiston Drive, across from the Bill Struth Main Stand at the Copland Road end.
In addition to RCF and Club 1872 merchandise stalls and a Club 1872 sign-up stall, the Rangers Youth Development Company (RYDC) will be present to allow supporters to sign up to the Rangers Lotto, buy stadium bricks and purchase rising stars tickets. People who sign up to the Lotto on the day and choose Club 1872 as their agent will be entered into a draw to win an Ibrox Stadium brick.
The RYDC will also be selling a new book celebrating the Light Blues’ ground-breaking trip to Russia in the 60s with all profits going to the Rangers FC Former Players’ Benevolent Fund.
The Rangers Supporters Erskine Association (RSEA) will also be present with a range of their merchandise and information on the great work they do.
So come along before the game, meet Santa and Mrs Claus, grab a Christmas present or two and help support all of these worthwhile organisations.
Club 1872 director, Iain Mulholland said:
“Club 1872 is always looking at ways that we can work together with organisations linked to Rangers Football Club and we are delighted to have so many worthwhile causes represented at our Christmas Fayre. We hope supporters will take the chance to come along, pick up some presents before Christmas and support these organisations which all work for the benefit of Rangers and causes close to the hearts of Rangers supporters.”
If you can’t make it to the Christmas Fayre but still want to be in with a chance of winning an Ibrox Stadium brick, you can sign up to the Lotto with Club 1872 as your agent by calling 0141 427 4914.
