Poll Result: Rangers Share Issue Resolutions

Voting is now closed on the proposed resolutions for the upcoming Rangers International Football Club Limited Share Issue with the following results:

• To grant the directors authority to allot up to 80 million new ordinary shares over a five-year period. Passed with 97.2% for, 2.5 against, and 0.3% abstained.
• To waive statutory and constitutional pre-emption rights in relation to this share issue. Passed with 87.4% for, 7.4 against, and 5.2% abstained.

With this result in mind and as per the decision of our contributors, we have signed and returned the requested letter by RIFC LTD shared here on behalf of Club 1872 Shares CIC and Club 1872 Projects CiC.
