In August 2016, Club 1872 members voted overwhelmingly to support a repeal of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012. The repeal process is now underway, and Club 1872 has submitted an organisational response, confirming our support for a repeal.
Club 1872 members can also take part as individuals, or submit responses as RSCs. The consultation survey is open to everyone, and can be accessed below.

The survey should take around twenty minutes to complete in full. However, detailed answers are not required. Questions 1 and 4 are the most important in terms of supporting a full repeal. Please be advised that even if you choose to answers those two questions only, you must scroll through to the end of the document and press SUBMIT in order for your response to be counted. All responses must be received no later than 23rd October 2016.
